How the Service Works
1. Schedule. Call (707) 555-0123 or send the quote form. Tell us your city and, if you know it, the tank size — we'll give you a firm price range on the spot.
2. We arrive on time. Our vacuum truck arrives in the agreed window. If you can't be home, that's fine — we just need access to the tank area.
3. Pump and inspect. We open the lids, pump out all solids and liquids, rinse the tank and check baffles and tees for damage. Most jobs take 30–60 minutes.
4. Report and tips. You get a written report on tank condition and an honest recommendation for your next pumping date — usually 3–5 years out.
Why Regular Pumping Matters
A septic tank that's never pumped doesn't just fill up — solids overflow into the drain field and clog it. A pumping visit costs a few hundred dollars; replacing a failed drain field in Sonoma County typically costs $15,000–$40,000 with permits. Regular pumping every 3–5 years is the cheapest insurance a rural homeowner can buy.
Many properties here run on systems installed decades ago, and older tanks are less forgiving. If you've just bought a home and don't know when the tank was last pumped, start with a septic inspection — we'll tell you exactly what you have and what it needs.
