What Affects the Price
- Tank size — more gallons, more disposal volume.
- Access — hose run length from where the truck can park to the tank.
- Lid depth — light digging included; deep excavation quoted (or ended forever with risers).
- Condition — heavily compacted sludge may require full cleaning instead of standard pumping.
Our promise: the price is confirmed with you before work begins. If we open the tank and find the job is smaller than quoted — a pumping where cleaning was booked — you pay the smaller number.
Pricing Questions
Why do some companies advertise $199 pumping?
Bait pricing. The $199 becomes $500+ on site via "digging fees", "disposal fees" and "extra gallons". Our price includes normal lid access, full pumping of both compartments and disposal — and we confirm the total before starting.
Does the price include finding and digging up my tank lids?
Light digging (lids buried up to 12 inches) is included. Deeper excavation or locating a lost tank is quoted as a flat fee before we start. Installing risers eliminates this cost forever.
Do you charge trip fees for outlying areas?
No. Cloverdale, Bodega Bay, Guerneville, Occidental — all served on scheduled route days at standard pricing. Only unusual access situations (very long hose runs, locked gates requiring return visits) add cost, and always quoted upfront.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, checks and all major credit cards, due at time of service. Commercial route customers can be invoiced monthly.
